Pomegranate Salad with Pistachio Butter

Ingredients
- 2 pomegranates (seeds only)
- ½ white onion, chopped
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tbsp pistachio butter

Method
1. Prep produce: Remove seeds from pomegranates, chop onion, dice cucumber.
2. Mix base: Combine pomegranate seeds, onion, and cucumber in a bowl.
3. Add creaminess: Stir in pistachio butter until lightly coating the mix.
4. Serve immediately: Enjoy as a refreshing, crunchy‑creamy salad.
